Book of the Week: Sadie and the Snowman

We haven’t had much snow this winter, and the current cold snap won't make for good packing snow, but the flurries are flying in this week’s Book of the Week!

Sadie and the Snowman, written by Allen Morgan and illustrated by Brenda Clark, tells the story of a determined girl who doesn't let the sun, or animals, or even the spring, stop her from building the perfect snowman.

For a whole winter, she builds and rebuilds a snowman, but he always melts. At the end of the winter, she manages to save just a little bit of her snowman for next year.
